The Farmington Phoenix Boys and Girls Cross Country teams have been nothing short of dominant in their first two meets this fall. Both the Boys and Girls teams won the Premier Invite this past Saturday. The boys Cross Country team made history yesterday at the 5A Cross Country Meet at Sugar House. They are the 1st team in Farmington High history to win a state championship. The girls ran a great race yesterday at the 5A Cross Country Championships at Sugar House. They ended up in 2nd place. Elisabeth Ferrell and Marianne Barber both finished in the top 10.

Head to Sugar House Park today for the 5A Cross Country Meet. Girls run at 1:30 and Boys at 3:00.

Not only did her team win the region championship, but Elisabeth won the Individual Region Title for girls XC. She has worked so hard all year and is looking to make a statement at the state meet next week.
